This Refund Policy explains the terms governing payments, cancellations, refunds, treatment packages, and related services provided by DIOSA. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment package, or making any payment through our website or clinic, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Consultation fees paid for appointments with our doctors or specialists are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may request to reschedule it subject to availability and the clinic's scheduling policy.
All payments must be completed before or at the time of consultation, treatment, or procedure unless otherwise agreed by the clinic. Payments can be made using accepted online payment methods, debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or cash at the clinic.
Payments made for consultations, treatments, procedures, and packages are generally non-refundable. Medical and aesthetic outcomes may vary from person to person, and payments are made for the professional services provided rather than guaranteed results.
Treatment packages include a fixed number of sessions as communicated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by DIOSA in exceptional circumstances. Additional sessions beyond the package will be charged separately.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we recommend informing the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee or treatment session, depending on the nature of the service booked.
Refunds, where applicable, will be considered only in exceptional situations, including duplicate payments, incorrect transactions, or where required under applicable law. Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable banking timelines.
DIOSA does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. All online payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateway providers.
DIOSA reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon being published on this website.
